Russell County Shopping Center is located on Main Street in Lebanon, VA. It is a primary retail destination for many neighboring areas including: Honaker, Cleveland, Castlewood, St. Paul, and Claypool Hill, VA. This project will create 300 new jobs with an average salary of $51,500/year. Also Northrup Grumman has chosen Lebanon for a $22.8 million back up data storage facility creating an additional 433 jobs in the town. Construction of the new Russell County Governmental building is complete and home to all the governmental offices for Russell County, VA, as well as home to the Southwest Virginia Technical Development Center. The Russell County Shopping Center is located approximately 1 mile from these sites on one of two primary routes into and out of Lebanon, VA.
